Information collected automatically. We use analytics tools and cookies to collect usage data: pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device and browser type, and the source that brought you here (for example, a UTM-tagged link).

7FigurePhone is a marketing academy and agency for sports betting operators, operating as a sole proprietorship of Jake Conway. We teach and build business systems: brand, content, funnels, ads, affiliate infrastructure, and sales processes. We act as an independent contractor; nothing in these Terms or any engagement creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between us and you.
What we are not. We do not sell betting picks, provide gambling or wagering advice, operate a sportsbook, or promise betting outcomes. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or gambling advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that your own business activities comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
3. Earnings disclaimer
Figures shown on this site, including Jake's $4.7M in affiliate revenue, are real, documented results from his own business. They are shown as examples of what is possible, not as a promise of what you will earn. Your results depend on your market, effort, audience, and many factors outside our control. Testimonials are individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.
4. Free resources and paid services
Free resources. The community, the e-book, and any other free materials are provided at no cost. We may change, update, or discontinue any free content at any time. Free resources are offered as-is, with no guarantee of continued availability.
Paid services. This website does not sell or process payments. Any paid engagement with 7FigurePhone is arranged separately and is governed by its own written service agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, minimum commitment, and start date agreed between us before work begins. That signed agreement, not this website, controls the terms of any paid work. Where a separate platform is used to deliver a resource or service, that platform's own terms also apply to your purchase there.
5. Performance guarantee
Any performance guarantee we offer applies to business metrics only, such as revenue, commissions, and funnel performance, and applies only to clients in a paid engagement. The specific targets, timeframe, and remedy are defined in that client's written service agreement, not on this website. No guarantee ever applies to betting or gambling outcomes. Marketing claims and example figures shown on this site are illustrative and are not themselves a guarantee.
6. Affiliate disclosure
We have commercial relationships with sportsbooks and betting platforms and may earn commissions from referrals. Where we recommend a platform, that relationship is disclosed.
7. Intellectual property
All website content, course materials, templates, swipe files, frameworks, methodologies, and scripts are the intellectual property of 7FigurePhone (or licensed to us), and we retain all right, title, and interest in them, including any general know-how developed independently of any engagement. Community members and clients receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials in their own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our materials. Assets we create specifically for a paying client (such as that client's own ad creative, email copy, or content) are owned by that client upon full payment, as set out in their service agreement. Where you work with us, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to reference your name, logo, and anonymised or aggregate results for our marketing and case-study purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our community or materials to promote illegal activity, target minors, run deceptive schemes (including fake screenshots or guaranteed-win claims), or harass others. We may remove anyone from the community or revoke access to our materials for breaching these rules. Where a breach occurs under a paid engagement, the consequences (including any effect on fees) are governed by that engagement's written agreement.
9. Responsible marketing
Sports betting is age-restricted and regulated. You represent that your business operates in compliance with the laws governing sports betting, gambling advertising, and affiliate marketing in every jurisdiction in which you operate or market. You are solely responsible for that compliance; our role is limited to providing marketing and growth services and does not constitute legal advice or a compliance guarantee about your underlying business. We may decline or suspend any specific tactic or campaign we reasonably believe would violate a platform's terms or applicable law. For sportsbook clients, creatives are submitted to your compliance team for approval before publication.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7FigurePhone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from gambling activity. Where you have a paid engagement with us, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us under that engagement in the 3 months before the claim arose. For free resources, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your own business activities, including your marketing and any gambling-related services you provide.
12. Termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the site and unsubscribe at any time. Sections 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
13. Confidentiality
If we exchange non-public business information in the course of an engagement or community participation, each of us agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose it was shared. This does not cover information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, or that was already lawfully known before disclosure.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, unless your client agreement specifies otherwise.
15. Changes and contact
